I don"t even know where to start with this Miata. .just imagine the best of everything. .2004 factory turbo, but improved, color Titanium.
The amount of money spent on this car was stupid. Let"s start with the Turbo system. Factory long-block is retained, but the turbo was modified with a separated gasses downpipe (Begi) and a Turbosmart external wastegate, set to full atmospheric blow off. Boost is manually controlled. Flyin Miata intake, Flyin Miata Intercooler, Deadbolt Turbo upgraded compressor wheel.
What else would be awesome? Control it all with a Hydra 2.7 Gamma with flex fuel unlocked. Tune is conservative now, and I run about 8 pounds of boost. Injectors are upgraded in size, but I can"t remember what size, but I have that somewhere. Boost gauge on A pillar along with an Air/Fuel gauge.
So, you might be thinking, "well this is just another ricer miata slapped together by some kid." Nope. .I am over 50 years old and you can probably see my Audi R8 in the background. I cared for this car, engineered some of the systems myself and maintained it religiously.
Steering wheel is a Momo Prototipo. Seats are taiwan brides. Suspension is the full 949 racing xidas, installed in Jan 2016. Wheels are RFP-1 enkei 15s, with 15mm spacers.
Oil filter is relocated with Thompson kit. Windshield washer is Suzuki Cappuchino mod. Crappy bose speakers have been deleted with that popular mod by clearwater. Hard dog roll bar with 5-point Crow harnesses. The factory seat belts are still installed should you want to go back to stock seats.
I upgraded the clutch/Flywheel to Flyin" Miata Stage 1 about 300 miles ago, flywheel is lightened to 10.3 pound. Has stainless FM exhaust, midpipe and muffler. Cat has been deleted. This is a Hays County car and will not pass smog in Travis County. I also have the 3.63 Australian/Japanese differential which is longer than the US diff and really is a must on a turbo miata.
Mishimoto radiator (A/C is retained). Garagestar radiator top cover and poly door stops. Machined aluminum pedals. Current tires are Yoko S-Drives with maybe 20 miles on them.
It"s got everything, it"s completely sorted, and it sits in my garage under a cover unfortunately. I would love to keep it, but I have 6 cars and I have to thin the fleet to move on with other projects. . EDIT, 12/6, an ebay member asked a question about which wheels come with the car. Yes, 2 wheels are pictured, the old wheels are black Rotas and are no longer on the car. The car comes with absolutely pristine silver RPF-1 15s, pictured.
