The engine is fully balanced, line honed,and built with forged pistons and rods from a 2JZGTE with less than 10k mileson the rebuild. The engine retains the original 2JZGE intake for low end torque.An AEM water/methanol injection system is coupled with ProMeth fine mistinjectors plumbed with stainless steel hardlines. An in-line AEM water/methanolflow sensor provides fail-safe for the system as the engine has beenflex-methanol tuned for safe operation even with no methanol in the tank. A 6-speed CD009 transmission (new when installed less than3k miles ago) has been installed utilizing a Serialnine CD-Pro kit and a customone-piece aluminum driveshaft. The rear-end uses a 4.26 gear ratio, and whenmated with the CD009 the resulting gearing is equal to that of a mkIV Supra. Acustom leather boot and Racesing weighted ship knob give the car a factory lookand make the car a blast to drive. An Xcessive manufacturing clutch pedal wasinstalled and looks as if the car was built with a manual transmission from thefactory. The engine is controlled by a MaxxECU race.
