Vehicle description
My 2004 Jeep Wrangler X is up for auction. I had purchased this as a family fun vehicle to share with my sons and grandchildren on family trips to West Virginia, unfortunately we lost one of our sons recently, and I need to sell it to raise money for his three children. We just replaced the entire exhaust system from the manifold back to include upstream and downstream O2 sensors, it just passed Virginia emissions test. I installed LED tail lights and third brake light, new rear window dampers/shocks, new LED headlights, new Apple Car play/Android head unit, and I have a heavy duty aluminum radiator still in the box I will include with sale. The Jeep doesn’t overheat it just has a small drip coming from the petcock drain. The interior is in very good condition. It has a functional wench with plug in hand held remote. Tires are almost new, I would estimate less than 1500 miles on them. It has a rough country lift kit, I’m not sure how high but maybe you can determine from the pics.
If I was going to keep it I would replace the pitman arm, it has a little play in the steering, not bad but it’s slightly noticeable. If you’re an experienced jeepster you know the deal….for those who have never had or driven a lifted Wrangler, this doesn’t ride and drive like your grandpa’s Buick, keep that in mind before bidding.
Please only bid if you are serious, we’re going through too much pain to have to deal with BS
I will be happy to answer any questions you may have or provide any additional pics you may want to see before bidding.
There is a lien on this Jeep well less than the Jeep value, with the Navy Federal Credit Union so it may take a week or more for the cleared title to arrive once the loan is settled.
