Hello, (I wrote salvaged/ rebuilt I title so it would let me post based on the history, but I have a CLEAN north Carolina title which I"ll turn over to you with a "Clean Title")
I update this post regularly.
She runs well and drives well, tiptronic shifting works flawlessly. I just did an oil change with Mobile 1 5w-30 and added Lucas heavy duty stabilizer which makes the engine from dry starts, much better. Cleaned upper plenum with degreaser and installed a blox spacer wo up the air intake of the engine which in turn upped the performance, sealed properly with rtv *gasket maker. the best thing you can do is take it to RZG motorsports in New Bern which specialize in all G and Z platforms. they dyno and tune using the Osiris up-rev system which is the BEST tune for any VQ motor out there. Check out the mods below + this car come with many extras.
The problems with this vehicle are the seats are ripped up and are problematic due to being electronic. After I had Stillen headers installed, the shop misaligned the connection with the steering coulomb. which in turn broke my clock spring or angle sensor. Now the cars levers wont work properly. Headlights come on and wont turn off only after 5 min after leaving the vehicle do they turn off, and once you hop back in they turn on and stay on until the latter. vdc and slip lights come on as well, that"s also due to the misalignment. The wiper combo levers not working properly due to the misalignment (Clock spring, Spiral Cable). Crack in windshield which I have a replacement windshield not installed. Driver side window regulator broken, window still rolls up however it wont automatically do so. CEL is on due to removed 02 sensor / vacuum leak in the system. Clearcoat is bad period, this car needs a paint job. Dent in lower left part of the front bumper.
Other than those things the vehicle is in great shape and will run and drive like normal, just with more power because of the upgrades. It"s got about 195 miles on the ODO but around 130 on the replaced engine. She needs some work to be fully road worthy but I just don"t want to put any more money in here and I"m about to leave on vacation so it would be great if I can get it sold before I depart. Drive Train~
. HKS air intake filter / Injen Air Intake piping / Plenum Spacer 5/8 or 5/16 / Stillen Headers / Megan Racing Testpipes / DNA Cat-back Exhaust to blue metal tips / Oil catch can / Mobile 1. 5w-30 and I have Blackstone labs test sample kit with oil inside from last change *50 miles ago. / comes with an extra set of Megan racing headers (non installed) . Aftermarket Clutch / Flywheel - 5speed Automatic transmission with tiptronic shifting.
Suspension~
.Tien Coilovers on the front and Strut + Spring on the Rear / Eibach Lower Support Struts Front and Rear / Aftermarket Bushings / Lowered about 3 inch, clearance non issue with weight. Car is lowerd so you"ll need to avoid bumps and dips.
Wheels~
.Work Rims 5x114, with a little bit of offset so they have some lip to them / Lexani Tires + 1 new tire,
*Rear right wheel leaks slowly so you"ll need to fill up on air about once every other week.
Interior~
