Vehicle description
About this vehicle This 2004 Freightliner Sprinter 2500 is an original. The owner has had it for 1 year. The vehicle runs great and is used as a daily driver. Seller"s Notes Please read listing thoroughly, inspections welcome, being sold as is, where is. Vehicle Details This NO RESERVE listing is for my second T1N sprinter van. My other sold a couple weeks ago. Please read my description thoroughly before asking questions and make informed bids based on the detailed information I provide. I’m happy to accommodate an in-person inspection at any point during auction. This is a daily driven 2004 dodge (it is titled as a dodge and says dodge in it, but vin shows as freightliner. The Mercedes grill just looks better) sprinter 2500 140” wheelbase. No frame or body rust! Southern van. This van at the time of listing start has 292,905 miles and will go up. Passenger model with all 10 seats (never smoked in and no pets), new window tint, 2” receiver hitch, Power windows and locks, aux rear a/c in addition to front a/c (both blow cold). Solid rubber floor throughout. Cold starts well in below freezing environment, drives straight and smooth, shifts correctly through all gears. This van averages low 20 mpg with the way we drive daily and gets mid to high 20’s on trips with cruise set. I have performed a recent trans filter and fluid flush/change (using shell ATF 134 and also performed the doctor A’s trans rumble strip noise fix). The egr has recently been removed, cleaned, and re-installed. It needs air, fuel, and oil/oil filter service in next 700 miles. New alternator recently installed. Commercial 14 ply tires with 60-70% tread life left. It doesn’t burn or leak oil, nor does it smoke. This van is ready I roll as is, but could be made very nice with a little effort. Here are the known issues: -Some light body damage on both sides (pictured) -paint is faded in areas like the hood and roof. -the key broke off in the ignition a couple of weeks ago. You still use the key/key fob to start but it doesn’t stay in the ignition. I haven’t dealt with it yet as it still works. -power locks don’t work reliably seems like sensors are messed up as they unlock sometimes right after locking -key fob not functioning -the aux a/c belt or pulley squeals, sometimes not at all, other times for a while -some minor interior damage (back panel on a rear seat loose, sliding door panel has come off in past, and some scuffs and scratches). Being sold as is, where is. I have disclosed all that I know good and bad. I reserve the right to end this auction early as I have it listed locally also for sale or trade toward a 4x4 excursion, expedition, or suburban. Exterior Interior Engine Download the Motors app
