About this vehicle This 2004 Chevrolet Avalanche 2500 is an original. The owner has had it for 5 years. The vehicle runs great and is used as a daily driver. Seller"s Notes i am always available for questions as im sure you have Vehicle Details Its rare, the 2500, made for only 3 yrs. 8.1 vortec, the virtec engines are made fir reliable performance. They are guaranteed for 275k miles. I have personally seen vortecs with over 600k miles on them! Engine is attached to a rebuilt 4L85E trans with 16k miles on it. The truck weighs 7500 lbs and takes off like a bat outta hell! It is completely reliable but only gets 8 miles to the gallon. it has typical chevy rust and needs some brake booster work and a thermo to get the blower amd control unit working. It is a love hate relationship but its honestly a beast of a truck and if you have the resources would be one hell of an outdoor rig!
