About this vehicle This 2004 Chevrolet Avalanche 1500 is an original. The owner has had it for 1 year. The vehicle runs great and is used as a daily driver. Vehicle Details 2004 Chevrolet Avalanche 1500 with 189k original miles on it. It is my current daily driver. The 4x4 works and the engine runs strong and smooth however the automatic 4 speed transmission isn't shifting into third gear. Reverse, first, second to fourth gears are good. It needs the 2-3 shift solenoid and/or the 2-3 shift valves and shuttle which can be accessed by dropping the transmission pan. I have the Lien Sale Paperwork from the auction and I have a trip permit on it as well as the insurance in my name and bill of sale from the auction. I did a vin check and have included the vin number in this posting and everything comes back clean with no accidents etc. The rear windows are available at a parts yard in Eugene for $30 a piece. The window motors still work. No other mechanical issues. No Check engine codes. Only has the ABS light on. I did have the oil pressure sender unit replaced.
