Seller"s Notes No trades located in Jupiter Fl Vehicle Details If you are looking for an E46 M3 then you have done your research and know it is one of the best sports cars built by BMW. My M3 is the lowest mileage, no accident, museum quality condition car for sale presently. 23,327 miles! It has always been dealer serviced, garage kept, and adult owned by an enthusiast. It is pristine and showroom condition. Clean Carfax, 3 owners. It is not a cleaned up car —it is a never been dirty car. I am and OCD perfectionist and always been a car enthusiast. I am NOT and have never been a car dealer. I am a car nut and own many cars. I am willing to pay for cars in this condition as I want to enjoy the experience of owning them not chase and fix them. Under the hood and under the car are as nice as the outside and inside. I have a lift in my garage for you to inspect. It has recently had both airbag recalls done at the dealer. It has paint protection film since it was new on the front end, rockers, mirrors, and behind tires. The top is in perfect condition, no wear. All widows tinted….Its hot here in Florida! The AC is so cold I think it blows frost…. Not kidding. The cars condition is a stand out, plan on people stopping you at the gas station and pulling up to you at the light to tell you and then want to talk about it. ( I always think I am being car jacked!) LOL The car comes with a BMW factory hardtop option, The hardtop stand and cover, Factory sticker, 2 keys, BMW convertible wind deflector, car cover, M3 carpet mats, Black front seat sheepskin custom fit covers. (These were clearly on the car its whole life till my purchase as there is NO wear on any of the seats.) When I purchased the car the door sills had painters tape on them. Not a scratch or scuff on them! Newer Michelin PSS tires. All dealer and service records of all maintenance. There is not a corroded screw, nut or any sign this car was ever outside or in the rain. It was but was always a garage queen. I know all the popular issues an E46 M3 “can” have. My opinion most is from abuse, and poor maintenance. Not here and Not at 23,337 miles. I did have the sub frame inspected for the hairline cracks. Nothing. This car has been owned by adult men over 50 and over 60 years old. It has never been abused. The SMG is heaven, and works perfectly as it should. The fluid was flushed with the correct Petrosin CHF 11S fluid just as good maintenance. Never any issue with this car since I have owned it. I have bought and sold a lot of cars. This one is a Gem. If you need to “talk” to your girlfriend, boyfriend, wife, husband, therapist or the bank….PLEASE do so before calling me or coming to look at the car. I will meet with your inspector, or shipper. Please no “will you take” offers without looking at the car. I welcome your inspection but there are no joyrides to see if you like the E46 M3. Go to a used car lot and drive a 100K mystery car, then come look at mine. There are bargain cars out there, this is not one of them. Serious buyers who have cleared the above wanted.
