2003 Mercury Marauder 300A VIN 2MEHM75V83X617025, assembled on 19 June 2002 at the St. Thomas Assembly as vehicle #1629 of a build of 7838and is #1629 of 7093 manufactured in black.
Currently 136,XXX miles, will increase, I drive this vehicle at least once a week. Second owner,purchased directly from original owner in 2014 when it had 55K miles. Vehicle used for travel back and forth from Ohio to New Jersey for work. Very nice vehicle, excellent mechanical condition, runs and drives well with no issues,always maintained at Ford dealerships. Very fast from zero as well as on the high end. Adult owned vehicle. Available for inspections and testing.
Exterior: - Excellent appearance and attractive Panther platform, all the right kind of people love this car. - Garage kept by both owners - Marauder paint issues with flaking on roof. - Marauder dash crack below speedometer like most Marauders. - Windshield has a damage point that was treated with epoxy injection by Safelight. Mechanical: - Mechanically excellent clean running and driving vehicle, air suspension system operates correctly, handles well, no engine lights or issues. - JLT Ram air intake kit - New tires in 2016 but it will need tires at some point. - Replaced transmission at Ford dealership in2018. - Gears upgraded by original owner to Ford Racing. Original gears included. Passenger Interior: - Clean and tight with factory floor mats, driver side floor mat has a wear point, rear seats never used, front passenger seat seldom used. - Leather seats regularly treated with leather conditioner, no cracks observed. - Marauder dash crack below speedometer like most Marauders. - Marauder power window issue so the control panel bezel clip on driver door is broken and does not rest flush and does not control rear windows but they work with their own controls. - Rear CD changer and front CD and cassette tape deck work but has Marauder radio tuner issue so of course no AM/FM capability. - Replaced climate control blower March 2016 so A/C and fan work. - Version 300A map pockets. - Removable factory cigarette ash tray included,never used, what a deal! Trunk Interior: - Trunk is clean and seldom used, sweet disc changer and factory storage box, one storage box handle is broken. - Full size factory front spare tire, used once. Additional Items: - Original window sticker, delivery letter to the original owner, owner manual with case, sales sticker, sales brochure, copy of original owner’s Ohio title, Ford Motor Company Mercury Marauder Production Certificate,service records, and other documents are included. - Clean tile in hand. - Both keys and both key fobs as well as valet key.
