Vehicle description
About this vehicle This 2003 Mercedes-Benz S55 AMG is an original. The owner has had it for 2 years. The vehicle runs great and is mainly used for weekend drives. Seller"s Notes I’m really happy to be offering this car. It has brought me a lot of joy in my nearly 3 years of ownership, and I hope that the next owner will enjoy it as much as me! Vehicle Details For sale is my 2003 Mercedes-Benz S55 AMG. This is a beautiful car in black with black interior. This car features air conditioned seats, heated seats, dual zone climate control, soft close doors, nappa leather interior, and a 493 horsepower factory supercharged V8. Power is transferred from the engine to the rear wheels via a 5 speed automatic transmission. It is one of 3,945 cars made in the lifespan of this model, so it is pretty rare. This car had a window sticker of over $105,000 in 2003! This car was loved by an elderly woman prior to my ownership, and in the nearly two years since my purchase, I have changed out: Tires Serpentine belt Battery A/C blower fan ABC Tandem pump PSE pump Engine air filter Cabin air filter Oil change, filter change Transmission flush, filters changed This car is rock stable, very reliable. It is drop dead gorgeous, with a very deep black shine. The chrome rims fill the wheel wells perfectly, and show off the MASSIVE brakes. This car, at the time, was one of the fastest sedans ever made, and its little sibling (the e55) set the fastest speed recorded at the time for a sedan when its speed limiter removed. As for this car, Mercedes states that the factory limiter is set at 155 mph, but I have not checked if that’s true. The 0-60 time is also stated to be under 5 seconds, but I have no way to check this out. I will say the power is extremely smooth, and it is amazing to quickly pass people on the highway with the tap of the gas pedal. Another very advanced feature is the dual panes glass and extra insulation. This car is QUIET on the street. This car is mint. I care a lot about the car, and I am motivated to sell it. Please no tire kickers. I will consider reasonable offers. Please let me know if you have any questions about the car. Exterior Interior Engine Download the Motors app
