This is an amazing fully built 6 speed ALH jetta. I would like to start by saying, I run a performance shop in upstate ny that specializes in building ALH cars. I personally have a jetta, full normal driver, that runs 12s in a 1/4 mile at about 110mph, and gets mid 60 for fuel mileage. A customer of mine fell in love with the car and set out to find a car for me to build.
We started with a 2003 Jetta, rust free virgin nice clean car. The engine was full built by me, i will sum up some of it, i will be forgetting to list some things of course, keep in mind i have built very many of these cars. This engine was built with all the best and new obviously 81.5mm BHW pistons H beam I.E. rods Ported head Stage 3 Colt cam (all the supporting mods) Kerma long runner intake manifold Kerma Front mount cooler VR6 larger oil cooler 11mm Pump Race stage 2 520s Lift pump New oil lines Billet wheel 2265 GTB turbo, all custom stuff ro run it of course, manifold, charge pipes, and down pipe 3 inch ss exhaust Snow Water meth injection 6 speed transmission imported Southbend stage 2 endurance clutch Diesel geek short throw shifter Raxles, top of the line Suspension, done with Koni Golds, H&R cup springs, Newspeed rear sway bar, 17z brembo 6 piston brakes 334 R32 front rotors Gli interior Gli valances Boser custom steel hood Halo rings in the headlights are ccfl, super bright, so much attention too detail was put into this car, I can"t begin to explain how this is probably one of th enicest tdis in the world. It is no extradition when i say that this car is pretty much new, and there is $35-50k in this car. This is the real deal build here.
THE MILLAGE ON THE CLUSTER IS NOT CORRECT This car does not have 25k on it, i believe its closer too 200k, once he bought the car with close too 200k on it, it had a cluster issue and it was replaced, with a new one or remand one set too 0000, the build, timing belt and so on has about 5k on it.
Now the story with the car, The car was my customers dream and he ran it around and its been in many local vw shows, i always told him if he ever wanted to sell it to let me know, and well the time came for him to contact me and he wanted to sell it. I bought it off him and was so excited, but after having it and the reality hitting i dont need 2 built tids, I dont have the time to play with the one i built, 10 years ago.
