This F550 was bought 4 years ago with 29K to haul a 5th wheel that was never bought. We decided to buy a class A instead. It has never even pulled more than a 1 car trailer in the last 4 years. Soon after we bought it, we took it to Gale Banks, who is local to us and added $6000 dollars in parts. Including gauges, exhaust, intake, transmission upgrades and tuner. All factory installed at their facility in Azusa. This truck drives, runs and steers like a new truck. I know everybody says that, but it is impressive how well it rides, accelerates, and stops. Needs absolutely nothing other than fuel and a new owner. The body has all original paint that shines, perfect leather interior, Factory 19.5 polished alcoa wheels and all 6 matching goodyear tires with 60% or better tread. The graphics are vinyl and can be removed. Powered by a now extinct but highly sought after 7.3 diesel. No leaks of any kind. Starts easy, no smoke on start or acceleration. Shifts smooth and firm. Truck drives and steers tight with no interior squeaks. These trucks are impossible, even in California to find used, yet alone in this condition. Owned by a adult that did not abuse it. The Highwayman Hauler body is all aluminum, made in the USA with gas struts to hold open 7 storage compartments in total. It has thick double wall doors on all the side boxes with lighting built in. Comes with a 20K 5th wheel hitch. The body alone goes for over $15,000 new. This truck has a obvious dent in the front bumper, and some small paint chips/rash on the right rear quarter.
