Full frame-off custom F250 build. It started as a 2002 7.3 Power-stroke truck. The entire truck was taken apart, a newer 2008 frame, and axles were bought to build the suspension off of. All of the suspension was custom designed on CAD and water-jet cut out of 1/4 steel plate. The suspension brackets are all welded to the frame and axles, NO bolt on suspension here. Huge Firestone airbags make for an awesome ride with 11" of travel. Polished King reservoir shocks on all four corners. Airbags are controlled with a full Ridetech air system that monitors both pressure and actual suspension height with 3 presets. Air lines are all braided stainless steel with aluminum AN fittings for a leak free system. 10 gallons of aluminum air tanks with 2 Viair compressors and a train horn. 4 links are all servicable johnny joints so none of the suspension creaks or makes noise. steering has hydraulic assist so it turns better than stock. Frame and axles were then 3 stage powdercoated metallic candy prismatic booty blue. Link bars were powdercoated metallic prismatic heavy silver. 24x16 polished Fuel forged wheels with 42x15.50r24 Atturo Trail Blade Boss tires. Engine has been completely rebuilt at the time of build. It has bigger split shot injectors, forged rods, brand new wiring harness, adrenalin HPOP with new lines, fuel bowl delete with regulated fuel return, GT38R ceramic ball-bearing turbo, FASS fuel pump/filter with tank sump. Transmission is an ATS that has been completely gone through as well with billet internals. Interior has been completely redone with new Roadwire leather seats with diamond-stitched suede, new carpet, suede headliner, huge stereo system with custom door pods, kick panel speaker pods, center console with 3 13" JL w3 subs that downfire, Pioneer touchscreen with 360 camera module to see birds eye view of truck while driving,JL amplifiers under the rear seat. Front end converted to 2011+ style with custom paintmatched headlights and custom grille. custom bumpers front and rear. Shaved smooth tailgate. Whole truck was painted and recently polished and ceramic coated from top to bottom. Truck has been driven for about a year and a half as it sits and has about 15000 miles on suspension and drivetrain, this number will go up as I still drive it often. Have towed to the dunes a couple times. Truck has well over 100k invested but its time to move on to the next project. Going to be hard to let it go, and I do not have to sell it. Very nice truck that has won multiple awards and turns head everywhere it goes. Very fun to drive. Im sure im missing a ton of details but the pictures speak for themselves!
