NO RUST - WEST COAST CAR
*Overall this car is in excellent mechanical condition and runs smoother then many other e39 M5"s I have driven. Anytime something has risen mechanically it was always immediately addressed and corrected using only original BMW parts. Cosmetically it is in VERY good condition. Many of the hoses are brand new and mostly all of the rubber trim and window gaskets are new. A few typical cosmetic blemishes but nothing that takes eyes away with a fresh car wash.
What I can remember about this particular M5 and the maintenance I have done while in my possession (I believe I am the 3rd owner) is the following:
New OEM Headlights (full housings)
Avin 3 head unit (all features operable)
New steering wheel (airbag recall complete)
New OEM shifter boot
New parking brake boot and handle
Piano black interior trim
E60 short shifter
M Audio upgraded to Harmon Essence speakers and an external 12 inch sub powered by its own JL250 Amp and a sub volume knob in the cabin.

New power steering reservoir hoses
New power steering high pressure hose
All new suspension bushings
Koni springs less then 3000 miles on them. Wheels overhauled and powder coated to bright aluminum by Einhorn Industries.
Mud Flaps
New center support bearing and Guibo
Einhorn industries shifter carrier bushings
Einhorn industries rear differential bushings
New spark plugs, valve cover gaskets, filters
Bridgestone Potenzas with plenty tread remaining.
Supersprint Magnum mufflers
Supersprint X-pipe
No codes what so ever. Not even any pending. Everything addressed immediately as it arises.
Rear view mirror overhauled with new glass
Ceramic tint
Rear and front windshield/rear shield trim gaskets replaced.
Rubber trim replaced all over car including door seals and window trim where brittle.
Euro arm rest conversion
