Vehicle description
Up For Grabs I Have A 2002 Volkswagen Jetta Equipped With A 1.8L Turbo 4cyl Gasoline Engine. Car Has Around 156,000 miles, No Rust Visible! Has Newer Tires, Clean Wheels, The Body Has A Few Scratches And A Small Dent On The Passengers Side Door. The Hood Is Bent From A Little Accident Of Forgetting To Push Latched Before Driving LOL!
Would Be Selling A s A Parts Car . (needs new battery) but with fully charged battery or a jump,the car cranks and cranks about 10 times until it starts and stays running (im assuming it is in the same condition)(some days, it started right up). . alternator or torque converter is making a very annoying click. first thought it was a knocking rod, but had multiple people with experience look at it. have been told it sounds like its coming from alternator or trans. Transmission Does shift great though!. Heated seats work, power windows, sunroof, heat & air all operate (sunroof needs a little assistance closing sometimes, Front passenger window needs to be controlled by its own door control). . . Unsure if Radio unit works, but will need to be wired back in to find out! Trunk does not latch. the mechanism is missing just a small piece of plastic spacer which is preventing a correct latch.
Has brand new x4 Spark Plugs & Coil Packs, Camshaft Position Sensor, Air Filter, Mass Airflow Sensor.
Originally purchased car to do a Tokyo drift style body kit and mods, but found a different project. selling cheap! Make offers! Need Gone!
