You read it right, this Mini has only 56k miles. Garage kept and mechanic owned, its gotta be one of the nicest 16 year old vehicles I"ve ever seen. Paint and body are very nice; no major dings or scratches. Interior looks practically new with the exception of the floor mats which are only slightly warn. I believe that a good detailer could make this car look like new. As for mechanically, it had the transmission rebuild and clutch replaced at 47k miles by a reputable shop. He also replaced some suspension component but I don"t recall what exactly. I can put you in touch with the shop owner who I purchased the car from if you would like more details on the work performed. I also did brake pads and an oil change just the other day. Comes with a set of winter tires (currently on the car) and a set of 17" alloys with summer tires. Both sets of tires are in usable condition but don"t have too much life left. Two faults that the car does have: slight exhaust rattle at low RPM(kinda sounds like a loose clamp), and passenger side speaker is rattling as if it is blown or has come loose. Overall, this car is in better condition than any other mini of this vintage that you are likely to find. Please don"t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.
