2002 LEXUS IS300 Sedan 3.0L I6 5-Speed Automatic E-Shift The time has come to sell my Lexus IS300. This car comes with a 5 speed automatic and E-shift on the steering wheel. Full black leather interior with heated seats. It was purchased around 131k miles and I have put about 70k miles driving daily to work (mostly highway). The car has a clean title but it was in a small accident a few years back that needed the fender, headlight, hood, and headlight bracket replaced (very minor front corner hit about 5mph) so no issues with alignment or pulling. After the accident I started to build the car into a balanced daily/drift car (though it did not see very many events). It was well taken care of and never abused. All parts were purchased new and were installed by me. Many parts are now hard to find and some discontinued, costing more than when they were new. Im not in a hurry to sell this car and I know the value of it. With 2 kids, full time job, and other projects, I"m just looking to sell everything together. I checked KBB and they go for $4,100 after taking the "condition quiz". Even at $3,400 for just fair condition. THIS CAR WILL BE SOLD "AS IS". If you have any other questions, please ask BEFORE you commit to buying it. The good The title is clean. This car is a non smoker. I always ran 93 octane in the car. Always used Mobil1 oil changed at 3,500 miles. Timing belt, water pump, tensioner, and pulleys changed around 135k miles when I originally purchased the car. Tires are still in pretty good shape. Items that will need some attention There is an exhaust leak in y-pipe so it gets pretty loud when you accelerate. There is a slow coolant leak. Might be coming from the radiator, not sure. Windshield has a crack. I was quoted $110 to get it replaced. Battery is getting weak now and should get replaced.
