This 2002 Isuzu Trooper failed the Pennsylvania State Inspection. . mainly for rust issues. . BEST to sell to someone in a state that doesn"t have such strict laws about rust? ? [ If that state exist? ] THE BAD Front passengers wheel needs the part that holds it stable on the car? ? The gas tank has a small leak at the seam. { I always kept it at a 1/2 of tank , so it won"t leak. lol } The tail pipe rotted off the muffler. needs a new tail pipe [ see picture ] A new muffler was put on 2 yrs ago and it is working, it is not noisy when I drive [ see picture ] There is a lot of rust underneath but I think the part where you rest your feet is good THE GOOD The engine and transmission run and Trooper is drivable. The tires are good. The ac runs cold. The heat is hot. All lights, blinkers work, The radio works. SELLING IN AS IS CONDITION
