2002 Ford Explorer XLT
4.0 V6 4X4 169,450 miles
Everything works as far as I am aware Cold AC and hot heat Tires are in good shape but do have some mileage on them-see picture Frame is free of major rust, body is straight, although the paint is starting to show its age. However, there is a small rust spot in the lower rear passenger door jamb (cosmetic issue).
Only known issue is that the driver"s side valve cover gasket has a slight leak. This does not affect the driveability of the vehicle at all.
Check engine light is on but I cannot get any codes using my scan tool, so I"m assuming it is a Ford body code of some sort-not a major issue and likely related to the valve cover gasket leak.
List of new parts: Transmission rebuilt recently New battery New spark plugs and wires Engine oil and all other fluids have been changed
