WALK AROUND OF THE VAN AND SHOWING HOW LIFT WORKS! ! ! This handicap van is equipped with a Braun wheelchair lift that can be operated from the driver’s seat or from the right rear tail light. The van also has automatic powered handicap side doors. The wheelchair lift and power side doors work great. The floor is lowered by 5 inches to allow plenty of head room while sitting in a wheelchair. There are 4 wheelchair tie downs that come with the van. The lift has a switch on the arm that allows the person in the wheelchair to raise and lower the lift to enter the van. This makes it possible for only one person to operate everything from the wheelchair by themselves . Also the driver and passenger seats are removable. The van starts right up and idles nice and smooth. The motor has plenty of power and the transmission shifts through all the gears smoothly. The van drives straight down the road and also stops in a straight line. The brakes are in good working order. All the power options work and the AC blows cold. The cruise control is not working. We just had the van serviced and it is ready to go. Then interior is in great shape as seen in the pictures. The carpet is clean and the seat are in great shape. The exterior has a nice shine to it. The body is nice and straight. There is some rust along the rockers on both sides, typical Ford. I have described this van as best that I can.
