Vehicle description

2002 Silverado 2500HD 4x4, crew cab with 6.5ft bed.
It has an 8.1L 496 with Allison tranny and 4.10(GT5) gears.
Paint and body is 9/10, interior has no rips or tears, normal wear rate it 8/10. Driver and passenger seats have been reupholstered.
Suspension and steering are perfect, it has all new shocks and upgraded tie rods. No play in steering box. Truck spent whole life in central FL and now in South Florida.

TLC:
1) Transmission service- Allison will start shifting hard and will downshift when at 190 degrees especially in stop and go traffic. It goes through all 5 gears and will cruise on a highway at 80 without issues. I"ve not taken it for diagnostic it could torque converter or solenoid or an electrical issue. Truck had an easy life so it shouldn"t have any serious issues and transmission fluid levels and t-case are full. Make sure to set a budget for transmission diagnostic and service.
2) AC compressor is not coming on- no AC;
3) Breaks are bald 4) Rear driver side window is not going down
5) Headliner needs reglued around the edges
