About this vehicle This 2002 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 is an original with updates to the interior and drivetrain. The owner has had it for 4 years. The vehicle runs great and is mainly used for weekend drives. Vehicle Details Starts up right away and drives/handles nice. Ac works and blows cold. Motor is quiet and idles smooth. Has quick throttle response. No check engine lights or warning lights on except airbag light. This came on after battery went dead and installing new battery. I will try to get this to dealership and turned off before it sales but no promises. Truck has been lowered in the last year with all bell tech parts. Front has bell tech 2” spindles. Back has bell tech front and rear hangers 4” total rear. Truck had a fiberglass hood on it that was cracked, I replaced it with a factory hood. I did this myself and it is slightly misaligned, hard to do myself but it opens and shuts as it should. Light sensor needs replaced not working for automatic turning lights on at dusk. Interior has Escalade dash, Escalade dash bezel and Escalade overlay and lens on factory speedometer. The trans temp does not work because this option is not programmed on the factory speedometer but I wanted the original speedometer showing correct miles but wanted Escalade look. New headliner. Leather bucket seats have been installed and center console from an avalanche. 2-10” subs behind seat with amp. This truck was a fleet side that was swapped with a step side bed. Same paint code but very slightly lighter shade than rest of truck. Some repair work was done on panels. There are some cracks and chips on passenger bed side panel but I have an extra panel that is really nice but has a single 3” crack by tail light that comes with truck. 22” Tires are almost new or I have a set of 20” 2015 factory gm wheels. You can choose which ones you want. Emergency brake works but the drum pads need replaced. 4 wheel disk brakes on all 4 corners. Front rotors and calipers were swapped with 2006 Silverado rotors and calipers. These were bigger for better braking. When I swapped beds I removed everything off of frame behind cab, sanded down/blasted and por 15 coated. Before and after pics can be seen in pictures. The front half of frame looks like rear before pictures. Passenger side rocker is solid, driver side rocker has a little rust. Factory exhaust and no motor upgrades except k&n air filter. 2002 was the first year GM did not put egr valves on their 4.8 or 5.3 engines. questions please ask. I have tried to represent this as accurately as I could. After these few flaws are fixed it will be a great little pickup because it drives great. Title in hand.
