Vehicle Details This is a clean 2002 Chevy Monte Carlo SS Dale Earnhardt Intimidator #3 Commemorative coupe in very good condition. The car is a Limited Edition #2352 of 3,333 made. Powerful V6 / Auto transmission. Fully loaded, leather interior, AC works fine as does the stereo. Sunroof works great, power windows and power seats all operable. It is originally a west coast car, it was a dealer trade-in that I purchased and shipped back to Texas, and it's been sitting in storage with a few of my other cars for a couple of since I bought it in 2018, so it should be serviced before driving long distances. I've done nothing to it but drive it a few times. The car starts, runs and drives as it should, but tags are expired and no current insurance. I am not aware of any mechanical issues. It needs little to nothing but a good going over to be a nice car - it is fun to drive and a head-turner. It is not a perfect car, but is priced more than fairly for what you are getting. Can show most any time. Clean open title in hand. IMPORTANT NOTE: The title is not in my name; I was a dealer until last year when Covid hit. This is one of nearly a dozen of my personal cars, that I paid for and have all receipts and titles to. I am not going to register them all in my name prior to selling, I have the right to sell this car as it belongs to me, but I am not going to register and title a car I am not going to drive or keep. I bought this particular car to display in an Earnhardt collection I had at my shop (those collector items are for sale, too - hundreds of them). I am selling this car with clear title and Bill of Sale and Assignment to me. I will provide buyer with a notarized Bill of Sale and include all original purchase/payment documents. I can provide these documents upon request. PLEASE - ask questions and resolve issues BEFORE bidding or buying, the last bidder failed to do so. If the title not being in my name is an issue, then please don't bid. PAYMENT: $500.00 deposit via Venmo or check via mail or in person within 24 hours of auction end.
