Vehicle description
Emissions test passed on 05/12/18 in Albuquerque. No engine codes or other issues. I had the emissions checked after the plugs and wires were replaced. Prior to replacement, there was an engine code related to worn out plugs/wires. This 5.0L (305) SFI V8 (VORTEC 5000) engine does not leak oil and I only use synthetic. Transmission 4-Speed Automatic w/OD. EPA Fuel Economy Est (MPG) City: 15 / Hwy: 19.
I had the following done in the last 30 days. Tune-up, new front brake pads, tire balance/rotation, new battery, rebuilt starter, synthetic oil change, and a/c condenser! SUPER COOL a/c now.
I used the van for hauling cargo but that contract job HAS ended. I used to haul 2K or 3K lbs of packages in the van. I"m moving across the country and do not want to haul the van. You can also leave the bench seats in and carry 8 people and still have lots of room for cargo! Bench seats are easily removed. I have the title in hand! There is no body damage on the exterior of this van. It only has scratches.
The windshield is cracked but it is not in your field of vision. The interior is a lot of plastic and there are some cracks in some moldings/panels. I"d be happy to send you images of any minor interior cracks in the plastic. There is also one minor tear in the driver seat which is a couple of inches long. The side sliding door opens, closes and latches but only from the inside. Van needs $100 latch/lock assembly for the outside side handle to work. I"m moving and do not have time to order/replace the part. You can easily open by reaching in through the passenger door until fixed
I"ve put 100K on this van and it only let me down one time in 2016 when the fuel pump went out. It is very solid, plenty of power, no leaks, and a complete workhorse. Tires still have 20K or 30K miles left on them easily.
