2002 BMW M3 Convertible 107k miles original 6 speed NOT SMG conversion. I acquired the car from St Louis in August of last year I recently registered in Florida
The car was mostly owned in Florida but spent a few years up north with a few new owners who from what I guess is they bought a beautiful car with 70+ k miles and did not expect to have spend any money on, well that just does not happen in the BMW world. Anyway I purchased and drove back to south Florida I knew what I was getting into although I must admit it was a little more than I expected from the way the car looked but it is what it is. Here is a list of things that were done on the car all good parts ECS or FCP Euro all fluids and coolant are German.
ALL COOLANTS LINES RESERVOIR, WATER PUMP,THERMOSTAT/FAN SWITCH AND HOUSING PULLEY+ TENSIONER AND BELT
POWER STEERING PUMP AND RESERVOIR
OIL PAN AND VALVE COVER GASKETS, SPARK PLUGS, BRAKE FLUID FLUSH,TRANS AND DIFFERENTIAL FLUID
MOTOR MOUNTS, TRANSMISSION MOUNTS (REAR END LOOKED OK) FLEX PLATE AND DRIVESHAFT CARRIER BEARINGS
FRONT LOWER CONTROL ARMS AND SWAY BAR LINKS, NEW SHOCKS AND STRUTS ON ALL CORNERS
PASSENGER WINDOW REGULATOR, A/C FAN RESISTOR
ALSO INSTALLED MEGAN STAINLESS CATLESS HEADERS WILL REINSTALL ORIGINALS AT BUYER REQUEST OR INCLUDE FACTORY CATS.
CLUTCH WAS REPLACED AT BMW DEALERSHIP PRIOR TO MY PURCHASE
BRAND NEW WHEELS AND TIRES (Not super expensive my budget got blown out a bit)
RECENT ALIGNMENT AND AIRBAG MODULE RECALL AT BMW DEALER,
THE ROD BEARING RECALL WAS DONE AT BMW IN 2005 IF I REMEMBER CORRECTLY 5,800 MILES
DO NOT KNOW ABOUT ANY VANOS WORK DONE NO WARNING LIGHTS ON RUNS GREAT
I love the m3 cars looks, but driving it for me is a little hard on my back and knees, and to be honest I prefer the softer ride and shifting in my 2004 imola red ZHP .
