I have owned the car for almost 3 years and found it to be the ultimate cruising machine. Well-maintained vehicle. I am the 4th owner, having purchased the car from a family friend who owned it for approx. 6 years. So I know exactly where it has been for more than the last 8 years. (The only reason I am selling it is because I purchased a Jaguar XJ8 - it"s a hard choice!)
Quiet and powerful, it is a pleasure to drive over long distances with a 4.4 liter V8 engine. At 80 mph, it will still get more than 26 mpg. Space for both front seat and back seat passengers is huge (see photos). Although a big car, it has nimble handling, expected of a BMW.
It has an accident and damage free record. Experian Auto Check available. Both exterior and interior are in almost like-new condition.
No warning lights are on, the car has no leaks or any signs of significant wear and tear. Car comes with both of the original keys and owner"s manual. Front brakes, water pump and belts were replaced about 5000 miles ago and hoses and crank sensor replaced and other routine servicing recently completed by a BMW shop in St Louis. Recent service records available. I have spared no expense to ensure that everything is in top operating condition.
Tires are new high performance Kuhmos.
This car should perform faultlessly into the forseeable future. You will not find a better used BMW than this one!
