Vehicle description
Dependable daily driver. The car"s been washed & vacuumed since the pictures were taken. No smoke smell since I"m not a smoker.
Mileage: 192,255 - CLEAN TITLE, good condition.
This car was Saturn"s top-of-the-line premium sedan. Drives great, feels like a European sports car. Trunk space is huge, and when you put the backseats down, you can pass through long items without a problem.
2001 Saturn L300, V6, automatic transmission, leather seats, 6-way driver seat, AM/FM/cassette/CD, sliding sunroof, cruise control, theft alarm, air bags, fog lights, traction, FWD, ABS, heated seats (not working), power steering, tilt wheel, power locks and windows (driver"s window is a one-touch down), child lock on back windows, power side mirrors, rear spoiler, rear window defroster, lighted driver"s visor mirror
Three key fobs (one is for valet). The trunk has a feature where you can lock it so even valet parking can"t access the trunk.
Split fold-down back seats with a very roomy trunk. Incredibly comfortable.
Will give you a brand new air filter ($15 value) and new set of OEM floor mats ($100 value).
The radio, CD, cassette and clock work, but there"s no light at night to see the clock/station. Don"t know if it"s a wire or fuse.
Just had a high mileage premium oil change in August 2017. All tires have approximately 15k miles on them since they were replaced. I have ALL repair records, but here are some things that were done:
Aug 2016 - serpentine belt July 2015 - fuel pump module Jan 2015 - battery Aug 2013 - all new a/c system July 2013 - new engine computer and new radiator
Even though Saturn"s out of business, it"s all GM parts. They are cheap and easy to find, especially on ebay.
A/C works great. Blows cold! Car has never been in an accident. I"m only the 2nd owner and bought it used from a Saturn dealer in 2006.
DISCLOSURES. Here"s what you need to know:
1. Leaks oil. Probably 1/2 qt per month leak so when the car"s hot and you"re at a stoplight, you might see a little smoke because of the oil drip hitting the hot undercarriage. 2. The heated seats don"t work. Could be a simple fix. I don"t know. 3. One small bit of leather damage to the far right of dashboard near passenger vent. 4. Windshield has one minor chip that was repaired. 5. Hood and bumper need to be painted. The hood has paint chips/rust because of rock chips. The car sits fairly low and so you have to be careful when pulling forward into a parking spot because the bumper ends up scraped.
The tags are good until November 2017. Car is available immediately. CASH SALE ONLY - private party seller.
SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY. Car is located in Salem, Oregon, if you want to see or test drive it. Once you pay the deposit, that deposit is NON-refundable.
