I estimate that I have spent over $30k in upgrades and preventative maintenance items since I purchased the car in 2007 with 29k mi. for $39k in Ca. Full pre purchase inspection was done by McKenna Porsche in L.A. Most of the maintenance work was done by a Beverly Hills Porsche Mechanic. Evolution Motorsports in Az. did some work as well. The car has been in Colorado since 2010 and has had very few miles put on it. I have a local Mechanic with Porsche background do minor work like oil, plugs etc. .
Car is very clean and in very good condition. The front right bumper was scratched in a parking lot and professionally repaired by a Ca. body shop. There are the few normal stone chips but other than that the car is great. As you can see I have maintained the car and it shows well. The engine runs perfectly and has been checked over regularly for any issues. IMS RMS done by LN engineering certified Mechanic ( Mcllvain Motors Phoenix Az. ) and has registration proof of install decal in engine bay.
The rear bumper has some heat bubbling around tailpipe but is not that noticeable. Some front stone chips I mentioned and a few touch ups around the car. Body shop used some stone guard material along underside of side skirts and lower part of rear bumper, looks great. Another issue to mention is the key fob stopped working and needs to be fixed, reprogramed or replaced by the dealer. Likely a four to six hundred dollar item, also have a second key blank that needs to be cut for a spare second key.
One last issue is that when the body shop put the new turbo bumper on they did not install a license plate light. The wires are under the bumper cover and will take a body shop to install a light. I have adjusted my price to account for these items that need fixed. The rear seats were removed to reduce weight but will include the seat"s if you would like to install.
Over all this car is in really great condition cosmetically and mechanically. It is not stock at all with all the upgrades to the body, engine, Interior, exhaust etc. . but I customized the car to make it unique and perform and look much better than stock. I am sure the new owner will be pleased with this car and with the low mileage will have many years of driving enjoyment.
