Vehicle description

Selling my Mitsubishi Eclipse GS. It has 166432 miles. I bought this in October for $850. I put a brand new battery in it in Dec. I also put a new stereo in it that has Radio, USB, Aux and SD card and Bluetooth features. No sound comes out of the stereo in the speakers so not sure if I did not hook it up right or if the previous owner took out the speakers. I also put a new turn signal switch in just this week also flushed the radiator before winter. It does have a short that no one can seem to find where once in a while the lights don"t turn off when you turn off the car or the light switch. So I installed a kill switch to the battery.
Spent $500 trying to find the mysterious short. I only bought this car as a temporary car since my old one was totalled and since the gap insurance covered the loan pay off and did not leave me with additional money to buy a new car I bought this. I don"t know much about the previous owner cause I bought it from a dealer.
Its a GREAT project car and a good car for a first time driver. Some of the clear coat is coming off on the passenger side Rear quarter as you can see in the pics but the rest of the paint still shines up really nice and still beads when wet. The sunroof does work. It is currently inspected in PA till 11/2018
Engine and Tranny are still strong. For a 4 cyl the car does have some get up and go. The last picture shows the spot where the clear coat is peeling.
With the work that has been put into the car I would like to get at least a little more then what I paid for it. .Please don"t low ball. .I am also putting on Craigslist so I do have the right to end the auction if I sell locally.
It is my daily driver so the mileage may change by the end of the auction.
Thanks On Jan-24-18 at 15:46:38 PST, seller added the following information: JAN 24 2018. . UPDATE ON THE CAR. .TODAY I WAS DRIVING IT AND A RADIATOR HOSE WENT. I WILL PROBABLY NOT FIX THAT SINCE I AM SELLING THE CAR. HOWEVER, THE CAR WILL HAVE TO BE TOWED SO YOU DON"T OVERHEAT THE ENGINE. .
