About this vehicle This 2001 Land Rover Discovery Ii is an original. The owner has had it for 5+ years. The vehicle runs great and is mainly used for weekend drives. Seller"s Notes Needs a good home. Sorry to sell it, but I’d like to see it continue to be loved and taken care of. Don’t need to sell, just think it’s time to move on. Vehicle Details My favorite all time car, I’m the 2nd owner after an original 20k corporate lease, but it’s time to make space. Well maintained and professionally serviced, garage kept, Arizona car. Strong engine, good transmission, clean interior. Some typical Land Rover issues - three amigos lights every few months for a day or so, uses a quart of oil between 3500 mile oil changes, a 1/2 gallon of radiator fluid per year, etc. needs some basic TLC, but it’s likely one of the cleanest Discos you’ll find for this age. Great daily driver, but for me it’s been primarily a highway car for going to CA and CO. Other minor issues that I haven’t addressed - SRS light says on due to seat belt tensioner issue, AC needs some o rings, a door ding on passenger door, plastic trim for rear fender needs to be put on. Lots of new parts over the past few years including water pump, shocks, brand new tires with less than 500 miles, steel rear bumper, etc. call for additional details.
