Hi, selling our family car, a 2001 GMC Yukon SLT 4x4, black on tan leather.
-Heated front seats -Clean Carfax
-Power front seats
-Heat blows hot
-Trailer hitch/tow package
-Tinted
-172K miles, 5.3 V8 gasoline 4x4 engine, 4x4 works great
-the interior is pretty clean, some wear on all of the seats but the leather isn"t torn
-it has a CD player, so, obviously that should add $5-6000 to the price :)
We bought this car in the fall of 2019, and brought it here from California.
It has one CT winter on it and some surface rust etc. but overall the underneath is in good condition.
I have done the following since fall 2019
- 2 oil changes
- replaced ALL 4 brake rotors and brake pads (two months ago actually) ($250)
-brand new windshield ($450)
-Knock sensors replaced (that was a nice $500 fix)
Currently it runs and drives fine, but here are a list of needs for full disclosure:
-window regulator driver side rear (will come with sale, just haven"t had time to install)
- tires are getting worn, likely need replacement in the next 5000 miles
- the rear seats, and REAR REAR seats are a pain and sometimes will not move up/down/release
- leaks drops from the rear axle seal - light on dash for "low coolant" appears often, yet the coolant isn"t low. . you figure that one out? And with it, sometimes the e-brake light appears. .even when it"s off (lol, classic GM/Chevy electrical?)
- it needs a new exhaust. The clips/weld came off the muffler and (it was a dual exhaust) I just removed it and chucked it, so the muffler is there, just no exhaust at the moment. It"s a Magnaflow dual btw if you bought pipes for it. - A/C is blowing warm, I haven"t had time to investigate further than my assumption there"s a leak.
-lastly, the paint is 4/10, it has scratches, nicks, some dents, scrapes etc etc and it"s black so it shows everywhere
