Vehicle description
About this vehicle This 2001 Ford F-150 is an original. The owner has had it for 3 years. The vehicle is drivable and is used as a daily driver. Seller"s Notes $500 deposit required within 48 hours of winning auction, or at least contact me within that time frame for payment arrangements. Vehicle Details I am selling a 2001 Ford F-150 XLT Supercrew cab pickup. The odometer doesn’t work, so mileage is unknown. I bought it like this and drove it for over 3 years, so I have no clue what the mileage is. Consider this a high mileage truck, probably north of 200k somewhere. I was driving this truck 150 miles a day, 5 days a week for the last year. It’s been out of state a few times, I would not hesitate to drive this truck anywhere. It’s a point a to b truck, and will haul what you need. The alternator and power steering pump were replaced recently, and the AC blows cold (though needs a top up on occasion, been like this the entire time I’ve owned it) Now, for the bad. It has an oil leak at the oil filter adapter, the transmission has a very minor leak ( I was putting 1/2 quart in maybe once every 6 week) The steering is a bit loose, but that’s expected at this mileage. The brakes stop ok, but the front rotors are chewed up and will need replacement at some point. The engine runs strong, has plenty of power, and will haul a trailer with no issue. I’ve hauled cars and equipment with it, no problem. It has the 4.6 Triton V8. The windshield is cracked along the left side (doesn’t obstruct view), and it has a small leak which shows up only during heavier storms. The back window also leaks a bit (typical Ford issues) The interior is a bit rough, the driver seat especially. The red marks in the pictures are powdered chalk, and should wash out. This was a good truck for me, and I’m sure it has some years left. I’m starting the bidding low (you won’t find many running quad cab V8 pickups at this price right now) feel free to message me with any questions. Exterior Interior Download the Motors app
