I have decided to sell my Excursion. I bought this with the intention to keep it forever. Unfortunately, a serious back surgery has forced me to either drop the Excursion or not be able to use it. I did not want to drop it so i am selling it now. I literally looked all over the US before buying this one out of Wichita Falls Texas. It has been in the south its whole life so no rust issues at all. I took it in and it needed an injector so i had all injectors changed along with the cups. The trans seemed sluggish so i had it replaced with a brand new jasper transmission warrantied for 100k miles. I have only put about 2k miles since. I changed the gears to 456 gears to accommodate the 37 inch tires. It runs 2100 rpm at 70 mph. The A/C is cold and works perfectly. 4wd locks in as it should and pulls hard. The seats have camo neoprene covers on all seats including 3rd row. The seats are tan leather and are in good condition if you wanted to remove the covers. When I bought the truck it came with a Diablo programmer. I am a 51 year old executive so i do not beat this truck in any way. i pull my 2 boats with it and hunt out of it occasionally. The tires have 3 k miles on them on Fuel rims. The truck is a metallic gray. It gets tons of attention wherever you are. I have never seen one painted this color. It also has a 6 inch exhaust and sounds like a beast. It runs perfectly. No issues at all. The truck also has electronic amp drop steps just like the new Ford trucks. It makes the 8 inch lift easy to handle. I am sick having to sell this truck. It is for sale locally so i reserve the right to end the auction early. Do not go buy someone"s problem. I have spent the money to make this a truck that can be driven anywhere. We have taken the truck to the beach 5 times this summer 6 hours each way and never had an issue. Most know this, but 280k miles on a 7.3 is nothing. No expense spared, the truck rides fantastic! I am glad to answer any and all questions. Thanks!
