Vehicle description

I"m selling this LOW MILEAGE CLK 430 Cabriolet NO RESERVE that i took as trade. This car is a DESIGNO leather package option car. Metallic black exterior with Cognac leather interior. The car runs and drives perfect, but has some minor issues. First thing it was salvaged because of a left side swiped accident 4-5 years ago. Now everything is back to original, but when it was involved in that accident the top was open and it was left open for a wile. The reason was that the cars steering lock failed and didn"t allow the key to open for power. That"s an issue with this car for one reason or another the steering lock fails. However the issues was resolved buy removing the pin that locks and system bypassed with an emulator. Now no problem except the steering doesn"t lock. Next issue passenger seat doesn"t move to any position, i"m guessing it"s an issue under the seat control unit. Last issue is the cluster, when stayed top down for a wile this clusters don"t react well to sun and temperature change, so some pexels and lights are out, otherwise it works fine. Those are the issues. The body is good, shines well, soft top function is normal, looks good no tears, no leaks, it"s still the original. There are two dents one on the hood other on the trunk it was parked under an avocado tree, you can see in the photos. For cluster there is a seller on E-Bay that offers service for $119 you ship the cluster to them and in a day or so they ship it back all fixed. I"m not gonna fix anything please don"t ask me, you"re welcome to come and see the car, ask me any questions you have before the end of the auction. This car has current registration good until august 2022, i have a title in hand, you can register in any state.Sold as- is. Please make sure you pay for it if you"re the winner. No games please.
