For sale is a 2001 Chrysler PT Cruiser Limited Edition, with rare 5 speed manual transmission. We are the second owner of this car, having bought it in 2002 with low milage under 20k. It currently has just over 135,800 miles. It has been garage kept for over half of its life.
The car is very clean, has some rust, and runs, but needs work. It overheats and likely needs a new head-gasket. It will also need tires, exhaust, front windshield, and the AC has a leak.
In addition to the rare 5 speed transmission, this Cruiser came with many options including a sunroof, leather seats, heated side view mirrors, and other niceties, and will make a great starting point for a restore or perhaps parting out.
Please look carefully at the pics, and ask any questions before buying. Also notice how clean the engine compartment is. I keep all my vehicle engine bays as tidy as possible.
