Checkout this super rare Eldorado ETC Hardboot Convertible we have to offer. It"s finished in cashmere metallic with neutral leather interior and a neutral top. I purchased this car out of Miami Florida in 2013. It needed some work when I purchased it but I have never got around to it. Too many projects. Time to find this one a good home. Just in time for spring. It has only 80K miles.
This Eldorado was converted into a convertible when it was new by Coach Builders. They did two versions. One a soft boot and the other a Hardboot. They made roughly 75 Hardboots a year from late 1996-2002. They retailed for almost 80K at the time. Very cool cars that I love. This one is also quite affordable
I love the cashmere on these cars. Another reason I had to have this one. This is the last of the Eldorados. Cadillac really got it right with these. Video upon request. The exterior is in good condition. The paint is brilliant and shines nicely. It has had past paint work. It has a few scratches and paint chips. The front bumper is pushed in on the left and has some marks. The top of the windshield frame has two rust marks. The sideview mirrors and the top of the grille are faded. The right door and rear quarter has a dent There are a few marks as shown. The top is worn and torn and needs replacing. The interior is good condition. The seats are soft and oh so comfortable. The passenger seat shows minor wear. The driver"s seat shows normal wear from use. The rear seat looks good. The driver"s door panel has a tear. Headliner looks good. . This Eldorado is fully loaded. Options include OnStar, driver info center, climate control, chrome wheels, dual power lumbar supports, heated seats, electronic rear view mirror with compass, twilight sentinel, power mirrors, Bose premium sound system with RDS, rain sense wipers, memory seat, real wood trim, security system, fog lights, speed sensitive steering, and road sensing suspension. For your added safety it has traction control and ABS braking. It comes with brand new tires. The alternator, air pump, and A/C compressor were replaced a few years back. We just replaced the battery, fuel pump, and rear window motors. The top is not working. We replaced the top pistons but never bled them. The boot works but one arm was frozen. We freed it up but never installed it again. It comes with the car.
This car is FWD. This Cadillac runs and drives very good. The Northstar was replaced with a rebuilt one at the Cadillac dealer in Miami. Comes with lots of service records. great. It handles wonderfully and performs like a sports car. The check engine light is on.
If you want an awesome Eldorado convertible this ones for you. It needs some tinkering but can be an awesome summer toy that will turn heads! This is one of the last years of the Eldorado.
