2001 Audi S4 Avant 6, factory 6 speed manual transmission, silver over black leather. 2 adult owners since new, 166,000 miles. Completely stock & always stock, never modified or raced. Acquired at 125,000 miles and shortly there after proper maintenance was performed to enure roadworthiness for daily driving duty.Timing belt, drive belts, water pump & aux water pump, valve cover gaskets, harmonic balancer & radiator, were serviced.At 140,000 miles all 4 struts were replaced with Bilstein units. Around the same time the rear brakes were serviced and a caliper was replaced.At 150,000 miles all 4 tires were replaced.This car has been a blast to own, and a treat to drive every day. That being said, this car has been driven and is not a garage queen. There are blemishes to note. The front end shows well for its age, but upon close inspection prospective buyers should expect to find some road rash as would be expected on an 18 year old vehicle driven regularly. The corner of the tailgate shows a paint chip. At some point in the vehicles life there was body work performed to the drivers rear door. It is noticeable to the trained eye, but has never effected the functionally of the door itself or the overall performance of the car. The vehicle history (Autocheck) shows no accidents, nor lists any details about any repairs.It comes with two factory key fobs along with the original valet key, Original Factory Snow Mats Cargo partition and storage Cover. Also still retains the original window sticker from its original purchase date.Interior wise, all electronics work with the exception of the rear view mirror which is permanently dim. The leather is soft and supple and shows very well for its age. Windows, locks, seats, sunroof all work properly. The A/C blows cold and the heat is hot. The headliner does sag at the rear of the wagon. The brake light has recently come on and stays on during normal operation. A 6 speed bi-turbo S4 Avant is a great find. Enthusiasts take note, this is an excellent starting canvas for your ambitions.
