Vehicle description

With only 2,980 ultra low actual miles from new, this gorgeous example may be the finest in the world. There were only approximately 50 manual 6-speed Vantage V12 coupes imported, so it is safe to say that this is an extremely rare car here in the States. This Aston Martin was purchased new in Atlanta by a collector that had an eclectic collection of exotic supercars. They were all kept in a climate controlled showroom and driven sparingly. Car has been recently serviced with a brand new full size Interstate battery and a fresh set of Michelin Z rated Super Sports have been installed. She is in as close to as-new condition as you could ever hope to find for a 17 year old car. If you ever wanted one when they were new with a manual 6-speed, but couldn"t afford it, here is your opportunity. This is a genuine British super-car by all modern standards. This car features four desirable options: The burled walnut trim package, the spare tire, the walnut steering wheel and the steel coolant overflow purge tank that was a $1000 replacement over the original plastic unit. The cost of a bespoke walnut steering wheel ordered presently from Aston for this car is $3,500. The spare tire kit included a complete trunk shelf and liner kit. The tool kit is present and in unopened containers. The special ordered color is Stornoway (pearlescent silver metallic) and the interior is black leather with cream leather inserts. Every panel in the interior is leather including the entire dashboard, the entire seats from front to back, entire door panels and even the rear partial shelf. The leather is sumptuous and exudes the highest most luxurious standard. The carpet is the highest quality British Wilton wool. The all leather interior aroma is intoxicating and is overall exquisite. Additional interesting information. This car"s transmission is the world class Tremec T56 6-speed manual shift. It is the same style that is used in Corvettes and modern Mustangs. Shifting is smooth and precise. Changing a clutch is easy and straight forward by simply removing the transmission. .unlike the DB9 with a torque tube that requires several people to man handle and two days repair time. It uses a standard style clutch that lasts and lasts vs. the DB9 that may last only 10k miles at best depending on your driving style. This is the best bonus of this car from a mechanical repair aspect. .and is added to the positive experience of DB7 ownership. Involvement with Ford in this era had some great benefits. Being a retired Jaguar tech and extreme gearhead, I love engineering that is straight forward. The car has always been in the Atlanta and central Georgia. It has never had any salty road exposure and most likely has never been driven in the rain. The paint is flawless as in no chips, dings, dents or repairs whatsoever. The MSRP was over $150k. For those of you who want to refer to NADA or auction valuation, this car won"t be there. She"s in a league of her own. She"s as new, has the most desirable and most elegant color combination and has the right options. All Aston Martin books, brochures and records are included and are as new condition. This car is for the pickiest of collectors who want the very best. For any specifics, if you would like to chat, or if you would like me to ad a Buy Now option I can be reached at: 478 957 9778
