Vehicle Details Beautiful 2001 740IL BMW, 2 owner car. I purchased this car certified pre owned in 2005 with 19,677 miles. I have owned it for 16 years and it now has 122,344 miles. Tires were replaced about 4500 miles ago, please look at photo of tire with tread. I have receipt for tire replacement $873 from discount tire, which I believe the warranty is transferable. It has a clean title and I have the current clean carfax report. Overall the car runs great, oil was changed regularly, routine maintenance was done and it is extremely clean. Carpets look great, see photos as they best describe this beauty. The ABS system does not work, but is not absolutely necessary. It went out a couple of years ago and I never replaced it. Brakes work great and the car drives beautifully. The outside body is very good with a door ding on the drivers side, back door. There are tiny areas on the front hood from common road driving which is to be expected. Please view photos as they best describe it. Interior is very clean, see photos. Some of the plastic parts are beginning to show their age, but can always be replaced. Overall, it is a wonderful car. I believe this is the BEST 740 body style ever created by BMW, rarely seen anymore. Great car for the BMW enthusiast.
