Vehicle description
2000 Volvo V70 . Transmission problems. Will not shift into 1st gear but have not gotten an actual diagnosis of what the problem is. It would appear it starts on 2nd or 3rd gear so very sluggish to get going. Engine is in great condition. Car is DMV “non-operable” so it can’t be driven away; must be towed away. Car has had basically 1 owner but it was on my mother’s name for a couple of years.
