Vehicle description

This is a 2000 Grand Prix GTP Supercharged with a V6, 3.8L engine. This car is particularly special in that it was a NASCAR Pace Car in 2000 for the Nascar Winston Cup Series and have had the graphics package restored. This vehicle is one of seventeen of Grand Prix specially equipped for this purpose and was used in the Darlington Raceway events.
It has papers verifying its status, and enumerates the modifications made and will be available upon request in PDF form shortly after listing. While the stickers were removed, the vehicle has remained a special collector vehicle. The current owner acquired the vehicle at 12,000 miles, and in 5 years has only put on around 22,000 miles. Very gently used: has never been driven near or on road salt, perfect leather interior, new tires, excellent A/C, power seats, heated seats, flashing lights still intact from the race, HUD with various options, etc.
While the vehicle is in near perfect condition, the owner do not believe it is in the vehicles" best interest to have many miles put on the vehicle because of its collector status. The current owner can no longer commit to the upkeep and maintenance (one item of note, the solenoid on the driver side window is malfunctioning there are no other issues). This car needs an owner committed to its preservation.
The owner is more than happy to provide individuals an opportunity to inspect and take for a test drive, or to discuss its specifications further. Lastly, no. .the Jack Russell Terrier in the pictures is (still) NOT included with the sale of the car.
