Vehicle description
That"s right! 2 ROUSH COUGARS! ! And yes, the both have less than 100,000 actual miles each on them!
I am selling all my cars from my rare collection due to several small strokes that have left me with major medical bills. I just sold my 78 Trans Am SE on ebay, and now my 2 Roush Cougars, and my 2000 BMW M Roadster are up for sale.
There were only 112 of these cars ever produced. These are some of the rarest cars ever made! I had ROUSH send me new stickers for them both, but I"ve misplaced the red one"s. They sent them to me free of charge, so all you will need to do is have them send a new one for the red car. You can see the black one"s in the package they sent me. I didn"t reinstall them because as ROUSH Cougar owners know, the dang things peel off easy on the inside door trim. Roush"s site is down to check online, but you can check with them and they will confirm these are both original and complete ROUSH Cougars. And yes, those are the original ROUSH wheels on the red one! They both also have the Roush floormats.
I am also including an extra ROUSH trim package. It needs to be painted, but there were only around 1200 of those made I believe. I also have the ROUSH Cougar pamphlets, and I have the ROUSH Cougar wheel inserts here somewhere and will send them to you when I locate them. I was afraid to keep them on because I didn"t want them stolen, so of course my stroked out mind can"t remember where I put them right now.
The red one has a sunroof, but it doesn"t work. Apparently the key needs to be reprogrammed because it cranked it up and ran down the road, but after I pulled her out of storage three months later the system is down and won"t crank. I thought it was a fuel pump, so I am including those parts too. I"m also including another cruise control for the red one. I wish I was in shape to get all of this done, but I"m just not able to. I"m discounting the money I have in these two awesome cars to help in repair cost.
The black one can be seen on YouTube. Notice that it had another front on the car, but I took that off and put the original ROUSH front back on it. I didn"t care for that look. I also took all the yellow items off the car. He also took the racing seats and put the original cloth ones back in the car. It does not have the stereo system the YouTube video shows either.

The good is, it has a stage 3 clutch, traction control, and the prior owner said he had a ROUSH performance chip in it. It out runs the red one so it must have something different in it. It also has less than 90,000 miles. It shows less on the odometer, but that"s because he upgraded the dash.
The bad on this car is as you can see, they flat blacked the car! They literally spray painted over the ebony black shiny paint without any prep. I was in the process of removing it, but you"ll probably want to paint her. The car hit a pothole, and as Cougar owners know, even though the ROUSH is worth whole lot more than a regular Cougar, if you do a few hundred dollars worth of damage, they treat them like it was a $900 Cougar instead of a several thousand dollar ROUSH Cougar. So it was repaired on the East Coast and given a salvage title. I"ve had no problems steering at all, and it drives just like the red one.
Again, the red one has a clean Texas Title, and the black one has a Texas salvage title.
That"s all I can think of right now, but please message me for more photos or info and I"ll try my best to help you anyway possible. As you can see, I have a perfect rating and will do all I can to help you when making your decision.
* * I will need a $1000 non refundable deposit through paypal on the cars. The remainder must be wired within 24 hours at the end of the auction, or accepting a best offer.
These cars have no warranty and are being sold as is.
