| “I’m selling a 2000 Mercedes C280 four door sedan. It has a strong running 6 cylinder engine with a super smooth shifting automatic transmission. Color is a emerald green with a light tan leather interior. Recently installed a new fuel pump, filter and battery. This is a 20-year old vehicle and it’s not perfect. If I were to keep her I would replace the serpentine belt and address the sagging headliner. The SRS light comes in from time to time, I’m guessing it maybe a bad sensor in the seat belts. As far as the exterior, she has all original paint with some small dings and dents here and there, expected from any 20-year old vehicle. The interior it very nice with the exception of the sagging headliner, I’m told this is a very common problem with these cars. Interior smells very nice, no strange odors. She runs fantastic! I’m selling a 2000 Mercedes c280 sedan. She is emerald green with a light tan leather interior. Only 46,600 one owner miles since new. A local around the town car. Always garaged and it shows no rust. New battery, fuel pump and fuel filter. She runs absolutely fantastic! Acceleration, steering and braking is all excellent. She is a 20-year old vehicle so she is not perfect. She has some dings and dents here and there. The SRS light comes on intermittently. Maybe a sensor in the seatbelts? A non-smoking or pet owner vehicle. Headliner is a bit droopy in the rear. These old Mercedes oftentimes have this droopy headliner imperfection. Just needs a re-glue. Wood trim molding on drivers door has a crack. The serpentine belt is dry and should be replaced dew to old age. Overall a solid older Mercedes that runs great.
