2000 Jeep Wrangler - TJ with Hemi conversion
We build this TJ for a great customer in 2004. He sold the Jeep back to us in 2012. The donor Jeep chassis had 21k miles on it. It now has 42k miles. It has been garage kept by both of us and driven weekly for the past 17 years. (That’s around 1200 miles per year.)
There was no expense spared on this build. Below is a complete list of the parts and mods that completed this project.
Drive Train
2003 Hemi 5.7L engine (23k miles) 45RFE automatic Transmission 231 Transfer case Dana 30 front axle with 4:10 gears and ARB locker Dana 44 rear axle with 4:10 gears and ARB locker Mickey Thompson BAJA MTZ P3 305/70/18 tires 18x10 black Havuk Wheels CV style rear drive shaft Passes Georgia annual emissions (just tested)
Suspension
4” Rubicon Express suspension Fox front and rear shocks Fox stabilizer Tera flex quick disconnects
Body Mods
Steel Poison Spider front/rear fenders & rock sliders Warn front and rear bumpers with Warn 9500 winch Custom steel hood LED turn signals mounted in grill Wilderness roof rack with LED lights, Axe and Shovel (All rack light wired from front to rear of rack to enable the rack to tilt back to install/remove hardtop Also has painted to match half doors with Best Top Glass uppers Amp Power steps Painted orange condition is 9.5 out of 10
Interior Mods
Full Roll cage with flat steel side mounts in front for ease of entry Matching Master Craft front and rear seats Dash and doors (both sets finished with black vinyl over factory plastic Dash and roll cage also painted Body color Tuffy Steel center console Carpet Rugged Ridge floor mats CB/Antenna
Updates
Jeep looks like it was just built. Wheels and tires are 2 years old. (4k miles) LED lights 3 years new, shocks and stabilizer change last year
Summary
This TJ has it all. It runs and drive excellent. Passes Georgia emissions, well cared for paint and interior (like new). Todays build cost for a Jeep of this caliber would cost $60-75k plus the donor.($85k) Call Don @ if you have any questions.
