Great condition with normal wear and tear. Last of its kind with a true 5-speed manual. This vehicle is maintained by a car enthusiast and is treated by with the utmost care. Clean SC title. Interior is well kept however the driver seat is worn and torn (review pictures) and driver side rear bottom area has a burnt hole. Clear coat on all of the rims are peeling(due to age). Original floor matsintact. All of the old speakers are replaced by Pioneer 3-wayspeakers and is powered by a 2019 Pioneer headunit (handsfree talking,bluetooth streaming, and App to control sound settings). The factory radio would be included as well as the original leather shift knob. Currently I have a MOMO shift knob installed. Low beam headlight is upgraded to the new white light LED bulbs with fan housing. Installed a new front bumper because original bumper was cracked (95% colormatch (new color versus old), review pictures). Goodyear tires on all four corners (60% tread left) and new frontbrakes/rotors. Recent preventative maintenance includes: spark plugs, valve cover gasket, Royal Purple oil change, brake fluid exchange, power steering exchange, power steering hoses replaced, O2 sensor, and engine air filter. Timing belt and upgraded clutch replaced around 120k miles. The upgraded clutch created a more weighted clutch pedal (stiffer), way better than a mushy clutch pedal. Used OEM parts and Honda fluids. I replaced the old worn out 33lb stock headers to a 9lb DC Sports header (better air flow which increases MPG). It does trickle the engine light on, but that does not affect engine performance.
