Owned since 2018. Was purchased to haul a sail boat back to Ny from Atlanta GA. Was very impressed how well this truck performed. Towing 9000lbs seemed effortless through the mountains of West Virginia an Pennsylvania this truck kept pulling. An extent of work was performed before the trip. Replaced all 8 glowplugs and valve cover gaskets. replaced both fuel filter in tank an under hood. Installed an EBPV delete. Flushed all fluids trans, rear end, brake fluid, coolant an engine oil. Installed crossdrilled front rotors with new pads. Purchased 6 matching tires and aluminum factory ford dually rims 90 % tread. Truck hasn’t been used much aside from been used to move the boat few times a year. Its no where near a perfect rig. Rusted cab corners, rockers and floor Cracked windshield. Purchased with 160k miles odometer reads 164k. The dash cluster is working but occasionally stops working. this just started occurring this year where tach and mpg will stop. the mileage is not 100% but very close to accurate. would asses true mileage to be between 165k-168k. Truck has lots of life left, starts right up on cold starts and runs strong little blow bye.Would drive it across country again in a heat beat . Will need an alignment, front ball joints, rear brake work. Driver caliper is hanging up.
