Factory single wheel rear end. 7.3L Powerstroke engine and ZF6 6Spd manual transmission. Manual transfer case, manual locking hubs, power windows and locks. Clean title, just under 243k miles and will go up. Truck runs great, drives great. No major issues whatsoever. I own a performance shop and this is my current daily. Takes 250+ mile road trips weekly without issue. All stock, besides the 6 inch lift and Vision wheels.
