Let"s cut right to it. Pictures, or even the video, do not come close to doing this truck justice. If you have been looking for this classic body style in a Chevy Truck, you will not find a better one. Period. This is an amazing 32k original mile 2000 Chevrolet Silverado LS 1500 Shortbed 4x4 that has been babied every day of it"s life and it shows. It is a one owner truck that has always been garaged and has lived it"s life in a climate controlled garage at a winter home in Arizona where it was taken immediately after purchase at the dealership in Nebraska. This Chevy has never seen snow, salt, or even bad weather. Not only is it one of the lowest mile examples you will ever find, it is spectacular and 100 percent original paint that still looks like it should be sitting inside a Chevy showroom 21 years ago. There is not one speck of rust on the body. There are no dings. There are no scratches. There are no clearcoat issues with this one. I have the Carfax to document the mileage. There is one minor accident showing on the CF but THIS TRUCK HAS NEVER BEEN IN ANY ACCIDENT OR HAD ANY PAINTWORK. The incident in December of 2020 was a girl bumping into the trailer that was being used to haul hay at less than 5 MPH when pulling into the gas station. The truck was never touched and had absolutely no damage whatsoever. I guarantee you that there have been no accidents. This truck is show quality.
It is powered by the factory 5.3 liter V-8 Fuel Injected small block Chevy with a 4 speed Overdrive automatic transmission. If you watch the video, it was actually running during filming. That is how quiet it is. The truck runs and drives absolutely like an new truck. It is quiet, very smooth, and has good power. The engine compartment is extremely clean and 100 percent bone stock. Unlike alot of these trucks that have been beaten to death, this one has been treated like a King. There are no squeaks, no rattles, and no wind leaks. Power steering, power disc brakes, Push Button 4WD on the dash, nice stereo, center console, and ice cold Air Conditioning that will freeze you out. The interior is as nice as you would expect on a truck of this quality. It is beautiful. IT STILL SMELLS NEW! There is one very minor scratch in the upholstery on the top half of the passenger side rear seat that I showed in the pictures that I don"t think most people would even notice. It did not rip the material or anything but I want to be upfront, honest, and tell you even the smallest details from the start so you are more than happy with your new truck. The carpet is still like new. The headliner does not have one bit of sagging and looks like new. The dash has always had a cover on it and is pretty close to perfect. The steering wheel has also had a foam cover on it since day one so it is just as pristine as the rest of the truck.
The Chevy had the high end SnugTop cap installed at the dealer in 2000 along with the bedliner. The bed and paint underneath the bedliner are like new as well. The grill guard and running boards were also installed when it was brand new. New BF Goodrich All Terrain tires. The wheels are in beautiful condition. They have no peeling of the coating whatsoever. I have the original window sticker, owner"s manual, salesman"s business card, etc. still in the original dealership binder. Clean, clear title in hand. I would consider doing some horsetrading on an interesting Corvette, Camaro, Muscle Car, or a steel body Hot Rod. Please be realistic with your trades.
