Vehicle description
This car should be considered for fixing up, racing, parts - It needs work but it will drive enough to verify that starts, moves, shifts, turns, and stops. It has been garaged for 2 years.
The biggest issue is the engine running very rough with random misfires. It puts and spits (misfires) but I don"t hear any metal or clanking noises which would lead me to believe something internal is broken, I have removed the radiator fans and some other bolt on engine parts but the car can still be started and moved around, but will need to be towed from my property.
The driver"s door needs an actuator and reassembly. (I have a box of the original parts and some replacement parts for the door) The door does not lock or latch currently due to this.
The body is in decent shape with no signs of rust but there might be a ding here and there.
The interior isn"t so bad, the low point being the rip on the driver"s seat bolster area.
My original intentions were to race it in SCCA / NASA / Lemons / Chumps / AER or similar - For that purpose it is a pretty solid / popular platform.
