Vehicle description
1991 Land Rover Defender 90 200 Tdi UK VIN: SALLDVBF7HA701926
I imported this truck last year from the UK. It is registered and titled in my name in Ohio, but is located in Davis, California. The interior is clean, and mechanically it runs very strong. No grinds or loud noises from the drivetrain, and the clutch is strong. Before it left the UK it received a new exhaust, brakes, timing belt, and fluids. I have no documentation on this, but they can be visually seen. On cold starts it does blow white smoke, which dissipates as soon as the engine is loaded. It is a UK truck, so there is rust. It has heavy rust on all three doors, outriggers, and the floor pans. The bulkhead has been repaired in the past. The rear crossmember appears to be solid, as the truck has a steady history of waxoil in the UK. It"s a Land Rover, so yes, it does leak oil. I highly recommend an in person inspection of the truck as it is 30 years old.
*License plates follow the owner in Ohio, so I will remove my plate when the vehicle is sold.*
* No test drives unless proof of funds. This truck receives a LOT of attention in California, and I don"t have time for joyrides*
